Sacred Fire Community

Long before the fluorescing flicker of technology, people would spend their evenings gathered around the Fire. They shared the stories that gave life meaning, they felt a deep sense of connection to each other, nature, and Divine. The Sacred Fire Community is relatively young in its current form. It began in the USA in the mid-1990s but in a relatively short space of time it has begun to spark interest around the world. The Fire Circles are at the centre of it all: Today, the Sacred Fire Community sponsors some 75 regular Community Fires in North America, the United Kingdom, Australia, and across the world. The nearest one is held every month just outside Hayle.
