Fair for the Future 2010 planning meeting

This is the first of many fortnightly planning meetings for Fair for the Future 2010. If you are interested in being a part of the group please come to the meeting, or else email Beccie to let her know that you can't make it but would like to attend future meetings.

At the meeting there will be a need to take roles within the group for organising the following areas:

• volunteers/stewards
• site management
• stalls and info stands
• workshops
• entertainment
• food and drinks
• fundraising - grant applications
• publicity
• parking and transport
• health and safety
• outdoor activities and game
• decoration and signage
• reduce, reuse, recycle
• clean up team
