"Be the Change" Symposium for Transition Penwith Members

People involved in and interested in Transition Penwith came to a Be The Change Symposium to mark the day: 10/10/10

‘A day to explore how we can use the current environmental and global crisis, as an opportunity to revision our situation and move into inspired action.’

The day used a dynamic blend of group process, inspiring film footage, group discussion and personal reflection and we delved, together, into the biggest challenges and opportunities facing us globally and locally. In the second half of the day there was opportunity for visioning, bringing our own passions and gifts to the table and getting into action. People certainly left with a sense of grounded hope, renewed commitment and strengthened community.

The event was part of the 10/10/10 Global Work Party, the world's largest day of action to fight the climate crisis, and to celebrate climate solutions. Coordinated by 350.org and 1010global.org events were happening all over the planet, in almost every county, including hundreds of 'Be The Change's!
