Transition Penwith Arts Group

I would like to invite all those interested in this group to use a forum to bring up and discuss any rellevant issues. However, I'm not sure how to establish the Arts Group under the container forum "Group Forums.". Any advice?. How do I check out the Energy Group forum etc.?
